A Program Tailored for Freedivers

What You’ll Learn

🫁 Rib Cage Mobilization

Help your body breathe better. This practice gently opens and mobilizes the rib cage, increasing flexibility and space for the lungs to expand. It’s essential for anyone looking to improve their freediving performance or simply breathe more deeply and freely.

💨 Respiratory Muscle Strengthening

Strengthen the muscles that power your breath. Through guided breathing techniques and specific exercises, we target the diaphragm and intercostal muscles to build stamina, improve lung efficiency, and support better overall respiratory health.

🔄 Diaphragm & Core Training

A strong core and diaphragm create the foundation for better posture, deeper breathing, and safer breath holds. This section of the course integrates dynamic yoga poses with functional strength work to train the center of your body.

🤲 Abdominal Manipulations

Learn safe and effective techniques to stimulate digestion, release tension in the abdominal region, and support a healthier gut. Abdominal manipulations also enhance diaphragmatic movement and aid in breath control during diving.

🧘‍♀️ Functional Yoga Postures

Yoga with purpose. Each posture is selected and adapted to support the physical demands of freediving—improving mobility, alignment, and muscular control in ways that translate directly into performance and comfort underwater.

🧠 Deep Relaxation & Mental Focus

Mental calm is just as important as physical skill. These practices help develop mindfulness, reduce anxiety, and condition your mind to remain present, alert, and relaxed under pressure—whether during training or in life.

🌬️ Pranayama & Breath Holding Techniques

Breath is the core of freediving. Through pranayama (breath control) and specialized techniques, you’ll learn how to safely explore breath retention, expand lung capacity, and unlock the full potential of your respiratory system.

Who This Is For

Whether you’re a beginner freediver, an experienced athlete, or a yogi curious about aquatic training, this program adapts to your needs. No prior experience required—just an open mind and the willingness to explore your inner depths.
