Breath and Exercise (theory and practical)

A program made for athletes which engage intense muscle activation during an exercise. Runners, swimmers, cyclists, physical contact athletes (mma, judo) learn how to breath correct when engaging in their sport. Correct breath helps to improve the concentrate of oxygen in blood and also help the athletes to recover and restrain strength faster.

A 2-hour seminar, through the physiology of breathing, from theory to practice,
succeeds in conveying the specific benefits to existing or new athletes.
The instructor course, lasts five days of a minimum three hours per day, theory and gym practice in any sport individually. Exams in theory and practical as well in individual skills.
